Estimates
All estimates are based on visible damage only and are subject to additional damage being identified during repair. Parts prices are subject to change due to supplier pricing, exchange rates, and availability. Any variation in repair or parts cost will be included in the final invoice and remains the responsibility of the customer.
Insurance Work
While we work with insurers, our responsibility is to ensure your vehicle is repaired correctly and safely.

You remain responsible for all costs relating to your vehicle

This includes excesses, shortfalls, or declined claims

We are not obligated to follow insurer repair methods where they conflict with quality or safety standards
OEM Repair Standards
We prioritise manufacturer-approved repair methods.
If insurer instructions differ, we will:

Advise you

Recommend the correct repair approach

Require written approval for any deviation
Payment & Vehicle Release

Payment is required before the vehicle is released

We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle until all costs are paid
Storage
Storage fees may apply where vehicles are:

Not collected promptly

Delayed due to external factors (insurance, approvals, etc.)
Timeframes
Repair timeframes are estimates and may be affected by parts supply, insurer approvals, or additional damage.
Your Responsibilities
Please remove all personal belongings before repair. We cannot accept responsibility for items left in the vehicle.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship and will address any issues relating to the quality of our repairs.
Legal
All work is carried out under New Zealand law.
